Check in at Olea Di Assos villas is from 15.00pm and check-out is until 10.00am

From mid April until the end of October

The villas are 300meters (5 minutes walking) from the beach and the center of Assos, where you can find restaurants, cafes, mini market and little stores.

Smoking is not allowed in the villa. However those guests who wish to smoke are free to do so, on the outdoor space.

We provide house-keeping in our villas every day from 11.00 to 13.00. The towels and bed liners are changed once in three days.

Cancellation made 30 days or more in advance of arrival date = Full deposit refund
Cancellation made 14 days or less of arrival date = 50% of deposit refund
Cancellation made 48hrs or less of arrival date = No refund issued, full amount of booking due

Of course, we can help you book activities and trips, leaving you more time to relax

Most of our custiomers are families, so the vast majority of our properties are suitable for children.

We do not accept pets throughout the accommodation, except for service dogs.

We are happy to arrange an airport / port transfer ( or any kind of transfer in all of the island destinations ) upon request.

Free and unlimited WiFi is available free of charge.
